These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ALINE Inc.'s websites, mobile apps, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1 · Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use ALINE. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up — and keep it accurate.
2 · Acceptable use
Don't use ALINE to harass, defraud, or harm anyone. Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service. Don't impersonate others or misrepresent your identity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
3 · Content and conduct
You retain ownership of the content and intent statements you create. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display your content as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you publish and the conversations you initiate.
4 · Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we believe it's necessary to protect the platform or other users.
5 · Disclaimers and limits
The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that you'll find what you're looking for, and we don't pre-vet other users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALINE Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
6 · Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except where prohibited by law.
